How often do we meet?
For optimal results, I recommend weekly sessions, especially in the beginning of our work together. This frequency provides the right balance of time to implement new strategies while maintaining momentum. As you progress, we may adjust to bi-weekly sessions.
How are sessions conducted?
All sessions are conducted virtually via video conference, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home or office. This format provides flexibility and convenience while maintaining the personal connection essential for effective coaching.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
I understand that life happens. I request 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled within the same week, subject to availability. Package sessions must be used within their designated timeframe (e.g., 8 weeks for the Transformation Package).
Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. Our coaching relationship is built on trust and confidentiality. All information shared during our sessions remains private. The only exceptions would be if there was a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.
